Validate the situation analysis diagram with key stakeholders and external experts.

Seek exter­nal review once the team is rel­a­tive­ly con­fi­dent that they have cre­at­ed a com­pre­hen­sive view of the sit­u­a­tion incor­po­rat­ing all pri­ma­ry inter­ests and relat­ed dri­vers of change and out­comes. Both inter­nal and exter­nal peer-review and stake­hold­er engage­ment should occur to ensure that the assump­tions made, causal path­ways iden­ti­fied, and human well-being pri­or­i­ties iden­ti­fied are con­sid­ered an accept­able rep­re­sen­ta­tion of real­i­ty by the diverse set of stake­hold­ers that are like­ly to be impact­ed by sub­se­quent imple­men­ta­tion. It can be help­ful to con­sid­er the social safe­guard ques­tions before engag­ing with stakeholders.
