Evaluate the indicators.

If you have sev­er­al indi­ca­tors mea­sur­ing the same con­cept, rate the indi­ca­tors based on a set of cri­te­ria and only use the top rat­ed indi­ca­tors. The most well-known indi­ca­tor cri­te­ria are SMART (for quan­ti­ta­tive) and SPICED (for qualitative).
