Example: Don’t over-filter

In one exam­ple, a senior staffer by chance walked into a plan­ning meet­ing and asked why the team had­n’t con­sid­ered the relo­ca­tion of a port devel­op­ment project as an option. The team replied that no one con­sid­ered it fea­si­ble. Because of his con­nec­tions with the gov­ern­ment, the senior staffer sug­gest­ed this might actu­al­ly be fea­si­ble, which it even­tu­al­ly was.
